Using the techniques from Donna Eden we work with the nine subtle energy systems of the body. By testing the body, we can address any imbalances that you may be experiencing, enabling me to create a personalised session, then a self-care programme of exercises to do at home, empowering you to Embrace your own energies and get you and your energies back on track, harmonised, rebalanced and feeling full of vitality.

It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and ailment and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recover.

Gua Sha Facial - 30 - 60 minutes
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing technique designed to promote circulation, relieve muscle tension and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
Using gentle sweeping across the skin, using the Gua Sha tool it stimulates the microcirculation of the soft tissue. This action helps increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, stimulate lymphatic drainage and release stagnant energy believed to cause discomfort or illness.
Gua Sha is praised for its ability to relieve muscle pain, improve skin appearance, boost collagen production and reduce puffiness and fine lines.
I use amethyst, rose quartz, obsidian and clear quartz crystals during the facial.
